: MOST OF THEM WERE VALID? Don't you think that ALL of your reasons for keeping somebodys money or merchandise from them should be valid? some of the most important things I look for in doing business with somebody are credibility and trust.
What I meant is, to put it more properly, is most problems I had little to no control over, some I created myself, like not emailing back in a timely manner due to letting some of these things overwhelm me. I wasn't prepared for a lot of what happened.
: BTW. If you can access this chat board than you can have an e-mail address. Hotmail, Yahoo mail. There are lots of free web based e-mail places. Your customers need to have a way to get a hold of you if they need to. rediculous. No phone?
I know that, I have tried, but my ISP times out when I set up the mail accounts in the POP screens. MSN's authentication has a lot to do with it. When I am using other people's machines to access the internet as best as I can, I have to be short and simple. I can't clutter up someone's PC trying to configure services they are not going to use.
