: True. While most of my problems were valid, and for a while uncontrollable, some were self-inflicted due to anxiety and poor handling. (and I'm not making excuses, just stating a fact).
MOST OF THEM WERE VALID? Don't you think that ALL of your reasons for keeping somebodys money or merchandise from them should be valid? some of the most important things I look for in doing business with somebody are credibility and trust.
BTW. If you can access this chat board than you can have an e-mail address. Hotmail, Yahoo mail. There are lots of free web based e-mail places. Your customers need to have a way to get a hold of you if they need to. rediculous. No phone?
