Interfacing a Happs Trackwheel control...anyone?

After screwing around trying to make my own spinner for a while I decided just to buy the best. An arcade quality trackwheel control from happs. Now does anyone know how to interface this thing? I think I can use some of my mouse parts, but am unable to find definite schematics of the pcb..any help is greatly appreciated.
