Frontend question. More clear this time.

I don't think I made myself very clear with the last question.

What I am looking for is a mame frontend that can be run with a joystick (like a sidewinder, not a control panel joystick that emulates the arrow keys) Being able to use other emulators besides mame is a plus, but not necessary.

Please let me know even if one of the more well known frontends has support, because I have never used any of them.
