: I didn't have much of anything either, especially talent, so here's what I did: I went to an arcade auction and purchased a Street Fighter II cabinet for $50, I remove all the innards, repainted it, then screwed in the ready-made HotRod SE control panel. HanaHo Games made the original 27" cab, so the HotRod fit right in. I bought a 21" Hitachi monitor off Ebay for $325, made a crude frame with 2x4s for the monitor which fit perfectly into the cab. Add computer, MAME, and you're done!
