The Happ's Super just has four microswitches on it, so you'll have to do your own wiring...there is no "cable" per se for it. Each switch takes two wires each, so you'll need eight wires per stick.
You'll still need to interface it to the PC, and for that you can use a keyboard encoder, a hacked keyboard, a hacked joystick, etc. You can find out how to do all of them things right here on this site.
