How to set up a jamma multi-game select switch?

Sorry this isn't strictly PC related, but it definitely deals with arcade controls. I have a Mortal Kombat II and MK 1 PC board, and I want to rig up a harness that will let me change games at the flip of a switch. Both games are JAMMA plus an additional connector (which is slightly different between games)

Any good info on setting something like this up? Anyone know of a website with a "step-by-step" type of newbie guide for a selectable JAMMA arcade cabinet?
