Well they all do different things. ArcadeOS is really good if your going to use a arcade monitor but you can also use it with a PC monitor. I persobally use Game Launcher. You can add other emulators and have MP3's playing while your in the Menu looking at the games. Then there are MAME Load, Quick MAME, 1-Up, Arcade@Home, and many many others. The thing to do is try them all and find the one that works best for you. All of them have different options and interfaces, so try them all. I have a link to the Game Launcher front-end at my page listed below. It's easy to setup and make changes to as you add games and emu's. Good luck. Game On!
