You may want to consider using Lexan as an alternative to original flyers etc. Elsewhere on the BYOAC site (the Finishing section I think) there's a bit from Richard of HotRod on how to prepare the Lexan overlays.
He gives enough detail to create food for thought. Check it out, you may find the answer there!!
