I had a similar issue when I built my cab. Turns out that I just needed to adjust the Arcade Monitor H-sync setting in the arcadeos.cfg file. I believe the default is 105, and my cab works on 107 or 108. IIRC from my conversations with Brian Lewis at the time, it's best to experiment with adjusting upwards from the default value first, one or two steps at a time.

BTW- you can also make these adjustments from inside of arcadeos in the arcadeos default settings menu, but you wouldn't be able to see it until you had it set up... you see the problem there. I was fortunate that I have an older NEC monitor that syncs to those slower resolutions, so I could view arcadeos to get to the menu, then change to my cab, and then fart with the adjustments from there.

Hope this helps.
