This is an arcade monitor--there aren't any buttons of any kind as far as I can tell.
Plus when, I disconnect the PC from the monitor,
the picture changes. It looks like just a huge amount of scrambled noise, and the best I can do with the H Sync, is to get sort of a blue picture with one big scanline frozen across the screen.
