Hi

Just starting to look at building my mame cabinet.

I am an electronics tech with about 15+ years experience in monitors, computer etc...

I have recently acquired some 27" monitors made by DOT-X. These are industrial type with a composite input and also a RGB with composite sync input.
I would really like to use one of these for my cabinet.

I have also "stubbled" on a STB video ISA 16 bit video card
called channel X. This card is based on the Cirrus Logic 5429 chip and
as a S-VHS output,composite output and VGA db15 connector.

Software permit to switch for composite output to VGA in several frequencies and everything is stored
in EEPROM on card...other words card can cold boot PC in VGA to composite output...

Anybody know about this card, anybody got the manual, anybody wanna tell me what he thinks?

Claude
