Most cards have passthroughs for pc video. As far as TV out, most cards have it, but the quality may be different than the ATI, you may need to hook up a switch box just for TV (non-DVD video will still go through the TV out on the DVD card, but it may not be as good as the ATI).

: Going by LuSiD's advice I purchased an ATI xpert@play 98 w/ TV out card for my Ppro to use with a 27" Sony (if anyone is thinking about using a TV, MAME looks fantastic on this). I also purchased Dragons Lair I and II DVD-ROMs, later finding out that with an older machine like mine these titles require an mpeg II card in addition to the DVD drive. My question is this: can I keep my ATI card and buy an mpeg II card or does the mpeg card basically serve as the video card? Will I run into problems running both cards?
