Can you post pics of it? Sounds interesting. I'd put the CD in a regular PC and see whats on it. It may not be Mameable becuase it boots some custom OS from rom. The oposite extreme is it could be running dos, and there's drivers on the disc that translate the card input to keystrokes.

: I have ran across a very interesting piece of arcade equipment and I wondering if anyone has seen anything like it before. I was "parting out" an arcade game known as Host Invaders (this is a JAMMA game) and I came to find this game ran off of a CD player.
:
: When I cracked the case that held the CD player, I found a Socket 7 PCB board (6x86 200p) a Video card and a JAMMA interface card that was plugged into a PCI or ISA socket(I can't remember which is which but it is longer of the 2). Everything ran from the CD. (No hard drive)
:
: I would love to use this to build a MAME cabinet but I would need to find software that sends the joystick controls through that interface PCB. Has anyone ever seen such and interface and do you know if there is software that may help me to utilize this type of control interface??
