Computer & Dreamcast VGA to Arcade

Im interested in using both the vga output from my computer & dc on my arcade monitor. Iv read over pc2jamma & still aint sure. I dont even own the vga cord for dc yet. Im not sure how this works at all though, I was hoping that this friday night we could discuss it a bit :) BTW, if anyone has any ideas now feel free to post a response :)
