Anyone know some places that sell non-working pcb's or can fix them?

I might be in need of an R-type pcb. I have one, but
need's some sound parts. Video is fine, but no sound.
If I could find a cheap non-working board w/ good
sound parts, I could swap. I have no idea where or how
much it would cost to have the board fixed? Thanks
