I am almost finished with my cab. I just put my control panel together (formica over 5/8" birch) and I am having problems figuring out what to do with the duraplex. I put 1/8" (???) duraplex over it and cut the edges with a router so the duraplex is exactly the same size as the control panel. Now what? The edges are a little sharp. I don't know if I should use a file and just smooth them up a little, use a router bit (I have one that puts a 25 degree angle on an edge) to bevel the edge, etc. Any ideas for me out there?
(Don't most control panels have plexiglass that goes all the way to the edge?)
