I purchased a Hagstum H72T for the interface. The Happ track ball plugs into the interface and acts like the PS2 mouse. My spinner was spliced into the X-axis of the trackball connection. You can't have them connected at the same time. I used a Happ switch tied to a push button on/off switch. The switch is tied to a 4PDT relay the relay switches the four x-axis wires to the interface. It works great. FYI-I got a spinner off of ebay and saved about $60 from buying one from Happs. I had to add resistors to each x-axis connection to ground. Hagstrom was a huge help with this. Good Luck.

: How do I get the happs trackball hooked up through the ps2 port so I can use it as the mouse as well. Does the usb trackball interface work. I also want to hook up a spinner to my cabinet. Is the twisty grip method better than buying a happs arkonoid spinner? Money is not an issue. I just want the best performance. How can I hook both up??
: thanks....
: I'm in final stages, just need to hook up controls (Started from scratch with plywood, it's going rather well. In fact better than I had hoped!!!
