BTW, do you use a regular thermometer or something inside the computer? I know my motherboard will give me the system temperature if I go in the bios.

: I have a PC, monitor and amplified speakers in my cabinet and do not have a heat problem. My computer is a Celeron 466 and the case is on. I used a thermometer to make sure there was not a heat problem - just to be safe. I would do the same if I were you.

: Others that have made MAME cabs have installed vents and fans. So, YMMV.
