They were pretty inexpensive. If you guys have never got anything from him I would highly recommend him for your next purchase. BTW, they were "Carriage bolts 3/16" x 2" black 10 for $2.00".
FYI, No, Home Depot and Lowes did not have them. I have found something interesting though. We have two Home Depots in town and each has different stuff (strange). This may be why some of you said they would be there. Anyway, thanks for all the replys. Look for my mame cab web page soon...
