Anyboy tried an "all in one" motherboard?

I wondered if anybody out there has attempted to use an "all in one" motherboard for a MAME box? I'm talking about something that has integrated sound and video. There are some of them that use Yamaha sound chips and ATi Video chipsets.
If you have, would you post your experiences for all of those still stuck in "contemplation" of their machines? I am considering using such a mobo if I can find one that has ATi Video chips and a sound chipset that runs under plain DOS.
I'm thinking K6-2 400 - 500, 128 Megs ram on a 250 watt AT power supply with a "24x" or slower CD Rom. I want to use ArcadeOS and Plain DOS 6.x...any comments are welcome. Sorry for the long post -
