Strange.. I was connected with a human on my first try. However, I had them look up prices and info for various items and they could hardly find any of them. I was using numbers I retrieved from their web site, which is clearly made up of paper catalog scans.

: Mike,

: I have called Wico 4 times to ask questions, and place an order (depending on the answers). Each time I was placed on hold and transferred to a voicemail. I've also requested a catalog on the website and haven't received it after 4 weeks.

: I would suggest Happs where you can use them. Although, they have made mistakes on both of my orders, they were able to correct it. Their prices are directly on their web site too - along with some great tech drawings to help you design how to mount thier controls.

: : I forgot to ask in my previous post, has anyone dealt with Wico recently, and how was your experience? I recall in the past that they were a bit slow, and that there were even rumours circulating that they were going under.

: :
: : Oh, and Please read and reply to the Ball Top message containing two question-marks -- '??' I'm back two minuted and already made an ass out of myself. :)

: :
: : Thanks,
: : Mike
