They are located in CA and dont sale directly but will let you know of one of their
distributers if Happ does not have what you need.
I know for sure Neotec makes what you are looking for and I believe all their
monitors have unlimited colors.
As far as the resolutions you asked about I would say that whatever monitor you
get should act just as your computer monitor you have not does and your video
card will be what determines the res. and amount of colors you can get.
