I appreciate the comments, although Steve's last comment about a special add on is somewhat mysterious.

I figured it would be nice to do a set-up with 5 or six buttons at each stick to leave room for players to pick their personal spot to play at. I used to hate some arcade games that had controls in hard to use configs. This way right handers and lefties could play various ways. I was thinkin' too, about maybe do something like this. ( o = buttons,I = stick, C = Spinner, Q = Trackball,# = player)

1 2 3 4
ooo I ooo I ooo I ooo I ooo
o o o o oo o o o o
C Q C

So a KE72-T would work except for needing a separate way to connect the two spinners ( which could be done with a serial mouse input or a PS2 splitter, right?)?? I mean all those different inputs would work just using a KE72-t with no problems of what was being pressed when??

: **What I need help with is the interface selection.
: I would like to have 4 joysticks ( for 3 & 4 players games, and games like robotron using two sticks) and 5 or 6 bottons each. 4 player start buttons, 4 inputs free four coin inputs, perhaps two side buttons for pinball, a trackball, and two spinners each with at least two buttons nearby. AM I FORGETTING ANYTHING?

: So that's 4 joys, trackball, 2 spinners, and about 38 button inputs. Granted all that would be cluttered, which is why I'm leaning towards the cabinet idea with a real coinbox and a larger control panel, sorta like the gauntlet style.

: Would the KE72-T be enough??

: I would really appreciate comments from people who actually taken on a project and actually completed it.
