Did You try going into the MAME32 control panels after starting the game by hitting the TAB key? This should bring up a menu item called analog control... this has settings for your spinner. Sensitivity, X-Axis, Reverse Mode etc. Please try this and let me know if this helps you because I am on the verge of building my own cabinet with a spinner for use with MAME32 and my only worry at this point is the spinner.
