I just bought a used JAMMA PCB from eBay and I can't get the display to work properly. Everything works fine, except there are about 4 or 5 white horizontal lines running across the top 3 inches of the monitor. You can still play the game but the lines are really annoying. Does this sound like a problem with the PCB or the monitor? The PCB I had in there previously had no problems with the display. Does anyone have any suggestions for troubleshooting?
