Mame works fine on an arcade monitor. Better with some video cards then others. thier may be some video cards that do not work but I have not found one yet. It is easy to hook up Just locate the Red, Blue, Green, Sync and a ground pin from a VGA cable then hack it to your arcade monitor. As far as I know their are no arcade monitor drivers for windows so you will need to run mame in DOS. Prefferably under Arcadeos
