Help!!! - Arcade monitor with a vertical roll

I have put together a vga cable using
RGB, Ground and H-sync(composite). I am getting a great picture from the arcade monitor using Arcadeos, but am not able to stop the vertical roll. I spent hours fine tuning with no success.

I am not sure how the Sync is handled with only one connection.

Please let me know if you have had this problem.
