I'm not sure what the USB interface costs, but I would steer you toward the KE24 or KE72 if possible. There is a LOT of people using these and can help you with any questions you have.

I've used both and have been very happy with them both. Their tech support is great, and the KE72 was created specifically for us PC gamers.

As for the 'quick disconnects' you asked about. Go to your local electronics supply company and ask for .187 female quick disconnects. If you are luck you can find them in packages of 100 for just under $9. Also, keytronics or Happs also sells them. They are solderless and allow you to easily replace buttons w/out desoldering. I'm using over 100 of these in my mame cab they work great.

** be sure to crimp them so they fit snugly on your button tabs. Out of the package they are too lose.

: I am considering the Happ USB Interface for my Controller/cabinet project. Has anyone used one of these ? How would one implement the Coin/Bill Counters and select buttons available? Happ says these interfaces have to be read by the software application, would it be possible to just connect them as extra buttons?? Has anyone tried?

:
: Also, since the wiring harness for the UGCI has wires that have no connector, What kind of quick connect would I be able to use to connect to the Super 8 Microswitches??? Does anyone have quick connects hooked to their Super-8's or do you just solder directly??
