TV on Arcade monitor

Now that I've successfully got my cab in full MAME form, and have it set up as an MP3 Jukebox, my next addition to this baby is to add a TV tuner so that it can be "a fully operational Death Star." ;)

Is this possible? By that I mean, can I rob the guts from a TV with a bad tube and easily wire it to use the Arcade CRT? I have a fairly standard 19" 15khz monitor (its a TOEI with a panasonic tube, I believe).

Where do I wire this in? Can I take the video out from the tuner (composite) and bust it into RGB and just come in at the video feed level, (presumably requiring some sort of Composite -> RGB converter), or can I wire directly to the tube?

Any help would be appreciated. I'll fully document the successful process (if there is one), for the benefit of those of you that might be thinking of doing this.
