I ordered a control panel from Custom Arcade / Ray Iddings at the beginning of December. After NO LESS than 4 Promises to ship, and 2 promises deliver it to my house - I gave up. I have also had heard nothing from Ray Iddings.
All I can say is be careful who you order from. While I thought custom arcade had a good idea with its panels, If the customer service is not there..... what good is it ?!?

: I have a 2 month old order for spinners, pending with Ray, holding up 5 cabinets, and would like to know where he is. He emailed me a day before his 02/16/2000 site news update saying he would have everything he needed to get the order out the next day, and he would contact me on the 17th. Neither I nor anyone has heard from him since.
: I already had to authorize a refund for someone because he only wanted Twistygrip spinners. Please if anyone has heard from him or know if he's OK, or alive any longer, I really need to know.
