The Box is gonna be 3/4" particle board which I hope to cover with some formica (not marble, although that would be damn cool!)
I'm using SNES Controllers for the inputs which then go to my parallel port, so there are no ghosting problems. Parallel is the way to go! I can hook up 4 Joysticks with 8 buttons each and have no problems whatsoever (except for the cost that is :(
I'm using Direct Pad Pro which allows you to hook up your SNES controllers to the parallel port and have them act as a normal joystick.
