: When I purchased a Hollywood plus decoder card(DVD) it came with a handy little cable that was rca(composite) on one end, and s-video on the other end. I since have taken the card back(it stopped working) and had to give back the cable as well. No place I have been to has even heard of this cable, you cant buy it in the stores-apparently something to do with copyright crap about stealing or copying dvd's on to vcr. I tried the cable when I had it and it worked awesome. I was told to contact Sigma Designs(makers of hollywood plus dvd decoder card) and b.s. my way into them sending me another cable(at my cost of course). Anyways-to the arcade use point-if your video card has s-video out, you can use this cable to a tv that only has composite and still get a good pic display in your cabinet if you are using a tv.
