Awhile ago I wrote about problems with my fan running on the arcade power supply. I have found my problem. It was caused by no load on the +5v (I hooked up the +5 and GND to a jamma pcb and the fan started running). So, how do I get a load on that thing (I don't want to have a pcb sitting inside my mame cab just so the fan will run).
