Here's the problem, I really don't want to mess with it, plus, there's the problem with the encoder wheel. I need to increase the sensitivity as well.
: I can not confirm this, but I have read that the problem of left=right & right=left can be fixed by swapping the 2 inputs from the encoder on the twystygrip. The quad encoder used by a mouse/twystygrip/spinner is simply 2 square waves that lead eachother by 90 degrees - depending on the direction. Swapping the A & B output of the encoder should fix it.
