You absolutely CAN have multiple mouse controllers in WIn98. I have my mouse on the ps2 port, my serial trackball interface on the serial port, and a USB trackball interface as well. They all work simultaneously albeit they do all control the same thing. You can however, make them control discreet analogue inputs for different players using Optimame and Optimame's special mouse drivers. Checkout the Optimame site for details and downloads.
