Well Genom pretty much summed up the TV out caed thing.

I bought Primal Rage at a compUSA in the $5 bin about 4 years ago. I haven't seen one in a long time at retail, but they turn up on Ebay from time to time.

It's a decent DOS port, and one of the best ports of this game. It run at 320x240 and graphically it's pretty close to the arcade. The player controls are arcade perfect if 1 player uses the keyboard and one player uses a 4 button pad. But if both players are on the keyboard it uses different combo patterns. Probobly done because of gohsting & masking. There's more info in the primal rage faq over at gamefaqs.com.

I'd like to see it in MAME, but from what I gather not much is known about the hardware. There are a couple screenshots over on Btribbles unemulated game page.

Good luck on your project!

: I am starting to plan my next cabinet and at this time the P.C. to T.V. is looking pretty good. I have been reading the posts regarding this topic but I haven't gotten any solid answers. Do all of the cards make windows look like crap on the T.V. ? are the games scaled differently? What are the differences between the ATI and VooDoo cards? What are the drawbacks to this? I have seen lots of positive posts, but I want to know what is bad with this method before I shell out $$$ and realize that it doesn't work for me. Oh LuSiD, if you read this, where did you find the primal rage game. What company makes it? I saw your page and am i mistaken or did I really see a credit screen on it unlike a " press start " line? LMK guys
