I have been thinking about that same thing alot lately, The logitech itouch rf keyboard will cost you about $49 only or $59 at Staples. It has a range of 6ft from where you place the sending unit so if you had it mounted in a case of course there would be no problems. Its alittle expensive, wouldnt want to goof to many up but it certainly sounds like a great idea. The RF Keyboard and mouse combo I believe is $99. Stay away from anything IR but I cant see why a goof RF setup wouldnt work.
