Using vertical games with mame -ntsc

Hey, is there a way to get the whole picture of a vertical game showing when using mame with the -ntsc switch? I can't really use them in my cabinet otherwise cause you can't really use Pgup Pgdn!

BTW I live in Cornwall UK, things are getting very very VERY busy here cause of the eclipse!!!!
