I have the Happ USB control and it is great. Win98SE found it right off with no trouble. There was no work in configuring the joysticks, you just use Windows Joystick config in control panel. After install they automatically show up in control panel. After about 30 minutes of playing in MAME's configuration everything is sweet. The only drawback of USB is that it isn't DOS compatible which makes using an arcade monitor more of a hassle.
