I've looked all over for the correct carriage bolts (10-24 x2") and I have foundt them at hard ware stores, but never the black carbon steel ones like Happ sells... I would get them from happ, you can also get repair kits for joysticks when in the future you break something, you can immedietly fix it. (For the super joysticks they cost like a buck fifty)
