Steel is the only material I can think of that wont warp or bend, however, as you know, its very hard to drill through.. (Asuming you are in the US) Black and Decker just came out with a new cord hand drill, it runs only like $30, and is so powerfull it caught a bad edge on a piece of brick I was drilling, and it almost broke my wrist. A great inexpensive tool to use just for this. (PS: I found that a 1 1/8 boring drill bit is best for drilling button holes in tough material.)

: I was wondering if there is a material that is almost as strong as standard metal (used for actual control panels), that will resist warping and bending, and is just as thin and easy-to-drill holes in.

: I'd appreciate help!

: Thanks in advance
