According to the Custom Arcade Website: "Well CustomArcade is moving to a new, bigger, better and badder facility. With that said it has been utter chaos. The move will be completed this weekend and we should be back to normal."
It was posted on 2/3 and perhaps he is still in temporary shut-down mode.
