Your saying your running KOF98 for example, a 50MB ROM, on a DOS shell in win98 with 4MB of ram and say it doesnt stutter? I hate to say this, but your like, magic or something cause the ROM itself uncompressed into memory uses WAY more than 64MB. I tried for the hell of it to do the same on a machine here at work and it swaps like mad on a barebones clean win95 setup.
