If you're talking about using it with Mame, rapid fire doesn't work on any controler. I've tried turbo with my Powerramp and it just doesn't register in mame. I think it's because Mame is shooting for max compatability and Mame sees autofire and thinks its a keyboard set to a high typeamatic rate.
