Personally I wouldn't touch S-Video or that composite thing, the picture quality looks terrible, compared to true RGB, Fuzzy and washed out picture look.
If you 100% accurate colours go for Monitor, although some TVs do have RGB Scart input (found that US tvs don't have Scart though).
