: The message *was* cryptic.

: Why? Because
: - Burning CD-R's is *not* free. Even if someone else supplies the CD-R.
: - You put yourself at risk for "alleged" illegal distribution. For free.
: - I've never heard of this offer before. Your subject line makes it sound
: like a continuation of some arguement.

Sorry for the confusion. I keep updated all the time, since I was fortunate to be able to do so. There are so many people who request this service, and offer to pay! I can't take money for it, but I will do what I can for anyone who asks. The only reason they provide the CDR (I would providethat too) is that each of us has his/her preference of manufacturer, and its just easier to just have it sent. Also helps me keep track of them this way.

Also, so many posts like "charging to do this is illegal, etc." got to me. I once offered to charge a fee, I got trashed, and with good reason. As I became more and more ingrained into the emulation scene, I realized that a lot of people don't have to bandwidth, time or knowhow to get the complete sets, whith the Screenshots, samples, etc. For whatever the reason, they needed help. Arcade @ Home, mame.dk, etc, all do the same thing, I just make it simpler. All I want to do is help, but I do need to get the word out , don't I?
