I don't know of any SNES gamepad hacks but there is a product called the JoyPort or ChoiceStick which supports PlayStation, N64, Genesis, Atari 2600 and PC gamepads. Its made by Kernel Productions www.kernel.com and is sold for $50. I've been using the older model called the ChoiceStick for over two years, it's great.

The Gravis Mac GamePad is also a good product about the same shape as SNES gamepads.

: I want to modify a SNES gamepad to work with my PowerPC 6400 and the SNES9X emulator. can anyone point me in the right direction. Everything on the net seems to be Wintel based.
