Go to gamesx.com to get the pinouts of the port
Go to EB World and pick up a 'guncon adapter with multiout pass through'(usually made by Nyko) cut off the end you don't need, and keep the end that plugs into the playstation. Strip the leads, and you should end up with something that looks like:

The leads aren't color coded, so you need use an multimeter and trace them back to the connector.
