TV Tubes and arcade monitors..... (Question)

Hello All:

Just one question - Do Arcade Monitors and TV's (Internally) have the same type of connection on their curcuit board (R,G,B,Ground, H Sync & V Sync)? I may be able to get my hands on a 27" TV =) but the external inputs are shot. I know the tube is alright, hence my question. It would be great if I can get rid of all the excess stuff (tuner, etc.) and just leave the main board that drives the tube.
